Seagrass is sourced under the careful management of the Vietnamese and Chinese plantations, to spare the natural coastal ecosystems of those countries. This grass grows on some of the poorest soils the world has to offer. Commonly exposed to raging coastal typhoons and the Far Eastern sun for months before reaching maturity. Thriving in this environment, little wonder then that our seagrass floor coverings are as tough as any pair of old boots that might walk on them.
